杨力，博士，讲师，硕士研究生导师，青岛大学青年卓越人才，毕业于山东大学计算机科学与技术专业，德国帕德博恩大学联合培养博士研究生。在IEEE/ACM TON, IEEE TMC, IEEE TCOM, IEEE ICDCS等国内外知名期刊/会议上发表学术论文多篇。获国家留学基金委奖学金，ACM青岛分会优博奖，山东大学优秀毕业生，福州大学-华大九天奖学金等。担任WASA 2024、2025、2026程序委员会委员，CCF、ACM会员，IEEE TWC，IEEE IoTJ等期刊审稿人。
